You must not have watched wrestling back then because Savage was right there with Hogan and from WM 4 to WM 5 he was the guy. He was so popular they took the strap off Hogan and put it on Macho Man. Hogan is the greatest of all-time and Savage was right there with him that says a lot. Savage never being the guy for a long time and still being a pop culture icon speaks volumes on how popular he actually was. Rock and Austin were the Hogan and savage of the 90's nobody is more popular then those four guys. Cena is not known outside of the wrestling world and in the wrestling world he has been booed out of the building as THE TOP FACE FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS and ur trying to tell me he's more popular?
