Yo....I just googled all these things you mentioned. Its cool and all but Cypress Hills status has gotten to the point where you have to really be following them to even know about what u just mentioned. Kinda like recent Canibus albums.

I'm not talking about those who smoke here and there on a special occasion, maybe after a couple drinks when you're having a really good time . . . but if you're still smoking regularly in your 30s you've probably got some things to work on in your life

Its ok, OP is basing this off of Reefer Madness rhetoric. Doesn't understand theres literally millions of us out here with successful careers and busy personal lives that also happen to stay lit. I'd be pissed too if I didn't know how to have my cake and eat it tooI smoked a blunt at 5am today, had an interview at 7am, and the interviewer told me I was "about as bright as they come ". People were losers before weed and people are losers with out weed. Some people are just losers period. There are many pot heads who are very successful. Just like you have CEOs who go into work drunk as fukk on a regular basis. Didn't Nice from Nice And Smooth have a drinking problem anyways?
Snoop is always around because 'Snoop Dogg' the character is Tommy Chong status at this point. Not because weed doesn't effect him but because he got lucky and became the 90s icon for marijuana similar to Bob Marley prior to him and the Grateful Dead prior to that.
Thats why Snoop is the greatest to ever do it because he gets better with time and he's currently 44. Most people who are 44 and still on that pothead sh*t are burnouts and losers
Weezy definatly knows how to handle it....But his drug addiction shows in his appearance unlike Snoop. Weezy looks like its only a matter of days before we all see that TMZ breaking News, god forbid....Snoops drug addiction doesnt show on such a level.

Real talk....Maybe our walks in life are different. But seeing functioning dope heads in their 40's is a rarity for me. Most potheads who have reached their 40's might maintain, yes. But there's always that "The weed is affecting this guys looks" thing going when it comes to the average person. This is why I'm pointing out how Snoop is one of those rare breeds.

It's probably because the marijuana culture is different I am sure. There are more people who casually smoke marijuana or do it in lieu of drinking. In no way am I saying it helps everyone and I think tons of people shouldn't smoke at all even though I do myself. Some people are slow enough as it is
Though I know what you mean with the old heads who just baked beyond belief The thing is those guys usually drank a lot too, dabbled in the yay in the 80s, etc etc.
