It's probably because the marijuana culture is different I am sure. There are more people who casually smoke marijuana or do it in lieu of drinking. That's how it was for me when I use to smoke everyday , I can't imagine snoop taking breaks , but he probbaly smokes blunts all day , after awhile you just feel relaxed as oppose to feeling high and stoned

Looking at how flabby Grand Puba is nowadays(who is a known pothead) forces me to say this. Nice from Nice and Smooth, same thing.
