When did he do it on BP, BP3, Vol.2, WTT and Vol.3? And referencing weed, like Jay saying "this is the type of shyt you roll to, like a tight J to to sip your little wine" and saying that you're high all the time are completely different things :what:. Or saying shyt like "I tried smoke weed".

Breh, let's first and foremost start this entire debate out like this....

Do you take everything a rapper says as LITERAL? Because it sure seems like it.

Casual weed smoking is casual weed smoking. Just because Jay-z doesn't choose to mention it in every song, doesn't mean he only 'tried' weed once or twice. In fact, Nice and Smooth mentioned smoking weed LESS than Jay-z has yet it's clear to fans like @smokeurobinson that he had a weed problem.

I just don't know how you comprehend situations when you equalize having a few puffs on your vacation in the south of France to claiming that you blow 100k a year on weed.

I just don't know how you assume because Jay-z makes a reference to smoking weed with some wine that automatically means he only does it then? :snoop:

Did you know that just like Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg that Jay-z had to smoke a bunch of weed in the studio to finish Izzo :snoop:

You are the OG Jay-z stan BREH you should know that.

:dead: @ Jay-z and Wiz Khalifa being the same type of rapper. Nas and teenage Mac Miller, same rapper. He also at least 1 conscious bar on every album, does that make him a "conscious rapper" :ehh:. 1 club banger, a club anthem rapper :ehh:and the list goes on. :wow:

Wiz raps about having money more than smoking weed for the record. Same shyt Jay-z talks about.Rapping and weed have gone hand in hand for a long time.

As for your question when did Jay-z mention it on albums?

Feelin It he mentions it on RD. On Allure on TBA. Forever Young on BP3. Watch Me on Vol 3. Do you wanna ride on KC. On the Unfinished Business album with R-Kelly. Did you just ask when he said it on Vol 2? How is saying I do it for the stoners like Wiz much different than Jay-z saying 'I flow for those 'Dro'd out'

Not to mention the references over Beanie Sigel and Young Gunz tracks.

I know it ain't the weed, it's the addictive and lazy personality...but the commonality amongst the laziest people i know is that they all smoke weed, heavily.

Bingo.

Let me also add that Snoop droped thsi album in 06...Over a decade after his prime.

Then he dropped this single which shut the game down...

I cant think of any other 90;s weedhead rapper who , after his prime, was able to drop a high caliber album with hits only to follow up with another hit single that had pop appeal a year later. This is why Snoop is the greatest to master the high.

Easily Snoop's second best album. He just has the right people around him. Remember when he put that wack ass second album out when death row was on the decline. He was able to see a bad situation and bounce. I mean, it was with No Limit who wasn't the best fit, but they were on the rise and could offer the things Snoop needed to keep his career going in lieu of Suge and all the bullshyt that surrounded him.

I don't think anybody brought up 2pac, yeah he's dead now but when he was alive, he was a big time weedhead and still a workaholic.

Weed and how it affects you depends on you as a person. Weed just enhances what you already are, so if you lazy on weef, you lazy without weed.

Seriously?? U said 2pac??

2pac came on the scene in 1991 and died in 1996...Thats 5 years.

Snoop dropped a classic in 1993 and another undeniable banger (Blue Carpet Treatment) in 2006. Thats 13 years after his prime and you comparing that to a man with a 5 year run??

:what:

the internet
people like OP think the way they do because...
...successful people that do smoke (for the most part) dont tell people who think like OP that they do smoke.

But smoking weed is way more common than a lot of people think
its not just the kid playing xbox all day w/ the 420 shirt that smokes.

You can add Bill Maher and Joe Rogan to the list of famous people that grind hard and smoke a lot.
shyt...I know a lot of runners that smoke.

Yea...there are those that for sure should give it up...
...but like anything else, there are people that can handle certain things, and those that cant.

2pac would still be very much relevant. 2pac was bigger than snoop around time of his death

Nipsey Hussle smokes and gets a lot of business done. Plenty others you can name.

It all depends on how much you smoke a day and what you're smoking. All weed strains don't have the same effects.
