We were lookin at NorCal but them RE prices man
It's going to be a big difference for me, but I got to do it. This is the second time this position has opened up within the past year. Legit I was asked about it this time last year and I said no. Even though I've always liked Seattle. This position became open again and I was like
..Spent the past week and half thinking about it. Crunched the numbers. Weighed the pros and cons and said fukk it. It's my time. God is giving me a sign.

It's a valid concern.
I never paid attention before (like checking the actual demographics) but, every city I've lived in has been over 40% black.
Philly is black as fukk. D.C. is black as fukk. Memphis is black as fukk.
Going from a 50% black city to a 6% black city is a big transition.

honestly outside of Texas. only other states i'd ever consider living in are Washington, Colorado, or California (northern Napa Valley/Sonoma area ONLY...southern cali)
As someone born and raised in the Bay Area, it's well known blacks get treated like shyt up there. No matter how much of an impression you try to make, a lot will give you dirty looks and ignore you if they're service workers. You'd get your wake up call real fast up there, no lie.

It is pretty bad. But I just moved from the land of stop n frisk. Where I'm at the cops are OK, they don't bother me. I just got pulled over for speeding on my motorcycle and let off with a warning. Thats different. The way dude presented it it was like the less black people there are in a city the more racism he will encounter. Tell that to the 100% black/latino precincts living under the rule of stop and frisk in NYC. I'm sure its very similar in other primarily black cities. It just takes on different forms.
