I can't do apartments breh. Too old for that shyt.

I've already seen a jazz bar/lounge that is black owned. I can dig that. I know there's a little community out there. I'm just joking on the no nygga shyt breh. I really just want a different experience. How was it for you? What were you doing out there? And where you from?
I grew up in Jersey City so to touch down in Seattle and see Somalians, Samoans, Natives, ect, was like steppin into a new world for me. The navy sent me out there the first time when I was 18, I was stationed in Bremerton, luckily before they sent me out there I was in Mississippi and my roommate was this chinese kid from seattle who got sent to Everett right around the same time, I linked up wit him when I got out there and it was on, we got an apartment in Skyway (the neighborhood he grew up in), he introduced me to his crew and I was good. I started to branch out on my own after that. Hanging out in Pioneer Square, different spots all ova the city, then I started venturing south down into Tacoma which is a cool lil city itself, completely different feel from Seattle IMO. I went back home to JC in 07 and ended up meeting a girl living in Union City who grew up in south Seattle (Renton actually) and we ended up moving back out there together in 09
