Matter of fact, if the total black population is 50 million and African immigrants are 2 million, we are 4% of the black population.

No one is saying that you are not a Black American. I am in agreement with you. You are a Black American. I am saying that you are not an African American if you ancestors were not enslaved in the USA or British North America. This is an issue of ethnicity, not color; because an African American is someone within a defined group. If my parents are African Americans and I grew up in Nigeria or Jamaica I would be Black just like the Nigerians and Jamaicans, but that would not make me a Nigerian or a Jamaican; because we would be different ethnically.

My problem is not with the designation, but the scapegoating and demonizing of other blacks.

We are not bots..lol. We are the majority black Americans in the USA, we're about 35million deep. I have slave ancestry on both sides of my family. We will no longer be the silent majority, as you have awaken the sleeping lions. African American descendant of slaves are tired of being politically ignored while having the movements founded by our parents and grandparents be co-opted to benifit everyone BUT AADOS, from affirmative action laws, college enrollment, everyone benifits besides AADOS, while we ranks the lowest in every financial stat you can think of, other black immigrants who are upper class in there home country come here piggyback off what we have built, and take opportunities that were designed for AADOS in origin due to slavery, jim crow and extreme lack of inclusion. The climax of our frustration has birthed this movement, no more guaranteed votes for Democrats, doesnt matter if the candidate is "blackish" or "POC", we need reparations, and we need it now, but please go ahead and ignore us. 1. Most African immgrants that come here are either middle or upper class in there home country.

Not true at all. Middle or upper middle class in Africa ain't shyt when you convert your money from shillings to dollars.

2. Those same immgrants come here and piggyback for those opportunities ment for poor AADOS.

This is true for some opportunities, but so do other minorities and white women. But somehow Africans and Caribbeans get the brunt of vitriol. I'm open to changing qualifications for certain things to benefit ADOS. Black immigrants will be okay.

3. African immgrants are having more financial success in America then actually black Americans aados.

Immigrants do better than native born people all around. Why are you hating on their success?
