Innocent people don't get spit in their face. Nobody in the history of the world has ever been sitting down, minding their own business and was randomly spit in their face.

I'm not saying his action is justified. But she definitely did something. Spitting in someone's face is a reaction.

You don't know that he knew better. Neither do I.
We don't know what she did. We can guess and assume but, we don't know. Unions don't give a fukk about the general public. They just got to secure his job. I'm in a union. I had a co-worker kill someone depending on how you view the incident.

How long have you been employed?
How many write ups have you had?
How many times have you been late?
How many suspensions have you had?
How many complaints have you had?
Which codes or rules were broken?
What caused you to do what you did?

The union members can testify in favor or not in favor of your behalf and the union gets final vote.

My co-worker who allegedly killed someone, didn't break any rules or laws, but the entire case was made public, made the news, had her name and shyt out in the open. She got her job back though .

I personally don't like her, she's a bytch for real. But as far as what she did it happens. I side with the union on not terminating her. That's what they are for. To have the employees back, not let them fall under scrutiny to the general public even when the job serves the general public.

In order for you to catch an assault charge there must be physical injury, but in this case the spit must cause her to get some sort of disease then this can be labeled assault.

At most I see a harassment charge which is a violation. The repercussions for him violating his code of conduct with the MTA will be far worse.

I caught a assualt for spitting on a nikka last year breh breh.....The nikka who partook in kidnapping my child and stealing my items.......It got dismissed though, circumstances were in my favor.......Dude parked his fukking bus, ran and spat in the broad face and ran back; on duty; he's french toast......
