Both cases it was in motion, but my homey was on probation as a new hire..so it just so happened there was an undercover MTA investigator on the bus who caught him yapping on the phone while driving. Asked him to pull over and the rest was history.

In the early 80s before my father passed... he worked for sanitation... got fired for driving down the wrong way on a oneway street and crashing the truck while driving drunk.... ironically at that time he got called for transit and was working there.. He was about to get his sanitation job back.. then ... he umm passed in 87 ....
it was determined as an unexplained accident but i think otherwise...
