Anyway, PJ/Cov are the perfect defensive equivalent to Russ/Harden. What a way to steal this game. Outsiders hate Harden and love Russ, but can’t truly celebrate cause Russ getting good stats and winning also means that Harden and the Rockets win. Tough scene

I'm fine with Russ takig over now if that means less usage for Harden. Harden was like 39 mpg last year and the beginning of the season when Russ was terrible. Destroy a lower level playoff team, steal a win from a good playoff team, lose after playing lazy against a bad team, and destroyed by an elite team. I have no idea how and why this team can come out looking like they did vs two entirely different teams like those. Harden and MDA need to look at themselves and realize you need to adjust as games go on. “Keep shooting” shouldn’t be the mantra, especially when you’re missing 3s like that. They finished 7/42 from 3. That is horrible, especially when teams are giving them a chance to hit mid range shots. They’re open, and Harden specifically is simply not taking them. MDA has programmed them out of him and they both need to realize they’re sinking the team doing that.
Do finished that bad? I turned it off when Rivers missed that wide ass open 3 in the middle of the 2nd quarter. I knew it was gonna be a jack-up-shots kinda night and they would get skunked.
