Now here’s where all the E stans act like it was his fault that he couldn’t get over.

They don’t give a fukk who’s over or not, it’s all about what Vince thinks, Rusev/Miro was over as hell, had the look that you’d think Vince would love and he still didn’t care.

Or he's a 5'9'' 170 lb flippy guy who no smart promotion would ever push as a main eventer. Is he solid enough to compete for a midcard title? I suppose.

Rusev was definitely mis-managed, but people like Mustafa Ali will make 0 tangible difference in AEW or anywhere else and are mostly a dime-a-dozen these days

I find it very odd that so many wrestlers want to be fired

:patrice::patrice:

Its almost like someones tampering and telln people they will hire them if they get fired…no way this many people would act like his in 2016

Put your Alex Jones and Joe Rogan tin foil hat away. This company is toxic af and it's not hard to see.:mjlol: This ain't the mid 2000s any more. These guys will find an Indy place to flourish or another career to pursue.

I'm glad wrestlers can make this decision now, and are not scared to move on. Life does not end when you are finished with the E. Life goes on:manny:

Or it might just be the signs of how fukked up WWE is as a company. I can't wait until we start getting the real stories of the fukkery there.

We have heard stories here and there but we have never had a moment when the floodgates opened and you had 15 to 20 people all talking shyt at the same time on some "me too" type 9f shyt.

I don't want the company to go out of business but the fukkery of a month of new allegations towards this company would be some entertaining shyt. I know it's going to happen I just wonder how much longer do we wait.

Yup

Jeff, Toni Storm, now Ali. Cats getting the hell out of there expeditiously.

They about to bring back Doink and The Goon to have enough people to fill the Rumble.

I understand the humor but seriously they got about 50 talent to use from raw/smackdown alone lol

Can we quit it with this humor

Oops, am I a shill now?

I never said he was a main eventer, just because I think a person is misused, doesn’t mean I think they should be in the World Title picture, I never saw Ali as world title material but I think he set himself up to be a solid midcarder that’s featured regularly on tv, and there’s nothing wrong with that imo.

but if he is capped out at being nothing but a midcard act who doesn't affect business in any real tangible way, what difference does it make if they don't use him?

I only think a wrestler is misused if they have main event size/potential and they're given shytty booking (Matt Morgan stuttering gimmick back in the day, or Rusev the cuck) that cuts them at the knees :yeshrug:

It's almost unthinkable that Vince wouldn't have suggested some generic foreign heel bullshyt or renouncing America or whatever. They were already edging towards that with Retribution being WWE's response to ANFITA and BLM by making them out to be a whiny terrorist group headed up by the Muslim guy whining about America.

Breh, DB was doing the Planet’s Champion gimmick. It still had steam and was definitely one of DB’s top E runs. :dwillhuh:

I'm not disagreeing with any of that. :dwillhuh:

I'm saying that WWE is incompetent and doesn't have any long-term plans for anybody. Elimination Chamber was in February and WrestleMania was in April. I don't doubt that Vince had no idea who Bryan was going to face at WrestleMania until Kofi made it an easy choice. People said that Ali was supposed to be in that spot, but how do they know? It just so happens that the crowd responded well to Kofi in the Gauntlet and the Elimination Chamber so they went with that.

Kevin Owens returned around that time and got a title match, so I want to say that we probably would have gotten that match at WrestleMania if Ali didn't get injured. Maybe Ali in a triple threat, which we got at Fastlane, but I doubt Ali was going to face Bryan one-on-one.

EDIT: Daniel Bryan's Original WrestleMania 35 Opponent Revealed (And It Wasn't Mustafa Ali)

I was right. The plan was for Bryan to face Owens, but they changed it to Kofi after the Elimination Chamber.
