I mean it's true OKC was panicking in the 4th with no answers. But it's also true there no reason they should be in a position to lose when up three with 10 seconds left, with the opponent having no timeouts, and best player trapped in the bench.Everyone blew it.
But OKC's downfall happened way before that point when they couldn't do shyt to answer Jokic giving them buckets. They were basically playing not to lose when Jokic checked back in the 4th, not just at the end there.
Denver did what they needed to do. Now for a team that probably feels they're playing freely (and this goes for NY and Indiana), go for the kill. A Game 2 win by these road teams kinda ends it, especially OKC who probably thought they were bulletproof at home. How do the Thunder respond after an embarrassing loss like that at homeJokic and Denver gotta feel like if they come out and hit them in the mouth early these young nigggas might roll it up
It’s not the fouling that’s a poor decision as that is the smarter decision. It’s that you barely let a nanosecond off the clock before fouling. You’re eventually going to miss a FT and then you run into what happened tonight.
Both coaches teaching a lesson on how not to coach.

OKC definitely needed better game-managing, but we saw when Bron had to go up against Denver for two postseasons straight that even he couldn't fukk with Jokic down the stretch of games. Bron lost 1-8 in those series', so even his ability to manage a game still didn't matter.I know the Zeke/Magic/Stockton/CP3 "coach on the floor" PG is all but extinct in the modern game...but you watch the C's and Thunder tonight, BOTH teams needed a guy to get their team organized and focused on executing down the stretch.
For as great as SGA is, he's not a real PG.
He’s right if okc loses this seriesThis nikka is blaming the GM![]()
Nah, I don’t want you to be happy. fukk both of these scenariosDenver did what they needed to do. He would be fired straight after that press conference if that was me.
