Everything happened just right—Jokic 3 to bring them within 1 was huge, Chet missing those free throws, Russ making the right read and hitting AG in rhythm, and AG with another stunning game winner
Such an improbable comeback especially with Denver having just won a game 7 a couple nights ago and coming to OKC to play a well-rested Thunder team that just had a sweep sandwiched between a couple spring breaks
Nuggets had no business winning this at all because OKC was in control most of the game but this is why they play the game to the end—anything can happen
