The streets are so small its real easy to get stuck in a bad spot.

These cats stand in front of their house literally all day everyday.
Ive never seen anything like it.
They go inside for a minute when it rains but come right back out when its over

It's a big city with nice stuff to do, if you family is hood and live in the gutter it may be uncomfortable just from a environment perspective but it probably won't be dangerous
