Breh seems like the smartest of the siblings :manny:

This Black man is realer than 99% of people on social media and at the very least 75% of dudes on here.

Crazy how entitled people feel.

I respect the dad’s decisions and stipulations, and this man’s decision not to share the wealth of the life insurance. Did they make those monthly payments for 15 years…?

Even at the low end of $200.. that’s $36,000 he put in. If it was $500 a month that’s $90,000.

He has 0 reason to pay them a dollar. RIP to the dad

My aunt passed in January without a will. I didnt expect nothing or want nothing, what I didnt expect was for my grandma and mom to give my bum of an older brother her 400k house and the rest of us nothing. Funny thing is I offered to take over the mortgage put myself and them on the deed for when it sells. Now Im irritated cause I'm the only one of my siblings who has been independent, my older brother 45 years old and still lives with my mother while making 10k a month living rent free at my mom's house cause he a weirdo.
you sound like the weirdo to me
I never understand why people feel the need to move away from their family
If you can get along and live together in peace there is no reason to live by yourself
not like he is a bum he got his own bread
sound like you jealous of their relationship

The irony. You are the biggest weirdo.
Imagine a grown ass man up under his parents like that. :scust:
What kinda adult wouldn't want to live in their own home.

I'm confused is the 2 million dollars in the trust or is it the insurance policy?

Regardless this nikka is lying and talking
This is what's fake about the story. Dude claims his family is fighting over an "Insurance policy" and his father made him the "Beneficiary". Then he talks about his father's will and managing a trust. You can make a will, but once you list a person as the beneficiary, the will has no power over what they do with the payout. You can name a trust as your life insurance beneficiary, and put your youngest son as its trustee, but if that had been the case, the guy in the video would get at least some of the terminology correct.

Seems like 🧢

I do think we need to normalize doing wills and trusts.

Too often, mothers, fathers, grandparents, etc leave a bunch of heir property and assets that kids and grandkids either fight over or do absolutely nothing with and properties end up blighted and going to tax sells and some White man ends up with Black people’s property and assets.

That’s the playbook to a lot of this gentrification so many people complain about that is turning traditionally Black neighborhoods White and pricing Black working class citizens out.

Yep. I'm my momz only kid so all that is taken care of. But with my dad, we sat down and he said. Here's who gets what and my wife is in charge of the trust/policy. If me and her go, it's on you. I'm his oldest son and he don't have much relationship with my older sister.
So it's simple. My stepmom is kinda evil so I don't expect really anything from my dad. But dude flat out told me like two months ago.

"When I go, ya'll gon be good....but it ain't just gon be handed to y'all." Then he told me I already hit all his criteria :win:

Above the fray.
Not necessarily, not knowing you would have been trusted to execute it doesn't mean you didn't know the structure

It sounds like a made up story the more you listen to it.

His dad was making premium payments on a life insurance policy for years/decades. The adult son took out a policy on his dad a few years back. By coincidence, the payout amount of their policies are both 2 million dollars.

I find it interesting that many of you are quick to call it fake, based on him mistaking trustee of his father's Will with beneficiary of the Will. Or is it the $2 million policy he got on his father 15 years before his passing at $200 to $500 a month what makes it fake to you?

I find it interesting that you can’t spot contradictions

$200 to $500 a month is not a little for that insurance policy.
Also how can you have an insurance policy on someone else dying???? :ohhh: I don't get that part.

But I hate that shyt, siblings fighter over a dead man's money, it should never come to that.
Also the marriage thing, I get it, I can see myself thinking the same, but people might fake marriage or marry the wrong person just for the money.

We live in a shytty world man
