shyts been great everything is going up size, endurance, cardio, strength I legit think if I went on a cut I could damn near be stage ready...

Changing to training compound based full body (squat, deadlift, over head press, bench press, bent over row, weighted chinup, weighted dips) times a week with 1x circuit/conditioning and 1xcardio day is way better for me than my BRO or P/P/L results were.

:ohhh: So you live in LA huh? I'll be at the 24hr Fitness on Lankershim @ 10:15. You can catch me in the training area doing lateral raises for my warm up. I'll bring my boxing shyt. We can shoot a fair one upstairs in the studio.

My bike is coming in next week so I'm off the gym for summer. Focusing strictly on cycling, soccer and some running (when my knee permits).

Might get into boxing later on, but let's see how the cycling goes first.

Been cycling 6 days, push pull legs for six weeks at a time. Gains have been :blessed:.

Last week of this split and then I start cutting next week.
