Settling down is a large part of adulthood and many people choose to do so in their 20s (nothing wrong with doing it in your 30s either). You have to also understand that the longer you wait the more people tend to have baggage (divorces, children, ect) and the pickins are slim. Whereas in your 20s everybody is still learning and growing and the baggage is usually less or nonexistant.
Now, about this party lifestyle you speak about. Some people dont care to be out there like that. They party when they party and then dont when they dont. They give no fukks about it. Now I partied for years and then I stopped.
