So about this "I'm going to wait til I'm 35 to get married"...

One of the flaws I see is you get stuck in your routine and way of doing things. How are you expecting to finally settle down at 35 after doing your own thing for 15 years and try to wife a chick and attempt to compromise and live together?

To me this sounds like a recipe for disaster as well. When you are set in your way of doing these for so long it can't be that easy to switch it up and try to incorporate someone else's way of doing things as well.

Personally, I'd rather build wealth and a lifestyle with someone who is on my level earlier on and raise a dynasty of black excellence.

I know nikkas need to get that player lifestyle out their system but dam...until 35?

You have to also understand that the longer you wait the more people tend to have baggage (divorces, children, ect) and the pickins are slim. Whereas in your 20s everybody is still learning and growing and the baggage is usually less or nonexistant.

A decent looking 35 yr old man who is financially stable can easily get a pretty 24-28 yr old woman with no children. Our options are not limited and we do not have to settle for baggage.
