Im looking at it more from a financial stand point than anything

Breh, I did it twice

once for love, once for finance

you are going to find out so much that you never wanted to know about that girl that you will hate that girl by the end of this

Your gonna do what you gotta do, but at least you know

Im looking at about 600-700 a month if we split everything down the middle. Thats pretty good, and i can have a couple hundred, maybe even a stack after bills is paid.

Would yall do it?
Never move in with a chick if you can avoid it. In a perfect world she's gonna pay her share and y'all will always get along and in the real world you'll likely end up paying more than your share of the bills and y'all will fight like cats and dogs.

If you put her name on the lease and don't make her sign and contract stating what she'll pay then she don't gotta pay shyt and you can't kick her out.

you wanna play it that way the fine. have her get the place in her name alone. you move in with her and establish residence there. get some mail with your name and that address. this way she can't throw you out she has to give you 30 days notice to evict you and if she tries to throw you out you can get the police to force her to let you back in or sue her.

whenever this chick starts talking about she's short on the rent money or needs you to pay a bit of her share or starts acting funny about the money if your name isn't on that lease you can leave whenever you want and you aren't responsible for jack shyt. you don't even have to notify her because really its her place and she's totally responsible.

If you move in with your girl put her name on the lease alone. That way whenever you wanna get up and leave you can do that and not be legally responsible for shyt.

Yep. Solid advice.

I cohabitated for a while. Honestly, I wouldn't do it again. Breaking up is just that much more messy.

But it was a good experience up until the end. Good luck.

Go ahead with it if you want to have your woman all up under you and want to come home having to see her every day and deal with nagging in different aspects. Don't forget if ya'll break up, she'll probably be the one to jet and you'll be left paying that by yourself... that's if you can get her to pay her 50% share in the first place. "Oh hey, I came up short this month... Can you help me out on my half please?" lol

A few words of advice .... don't key her car and clear the history on your laptop. You don't want her finding the sites you go to when she's not home.

I think you are too young to be boxing yourself into that corner, but I can appreciate the financial benefits...

If you think your mom is bad with the rules, wait until she gets comfortable around you and starts trying to set some house rules for you and you're stuck because both of ya'lls names are on the lease.

This advice is like saying don't put ketchup and mustard on your peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Why would he key her car :wtf:

And if he's gonna move in with her, I'd advise him to be open about (or at least not hide) the sites he visits. I believe it's a bad move to act like "one of the good ones" and hide your flaws from a woman. Then it turns into mommy mode and you're in your own house hiding stuff that you do and like from her. Can't be scared to live your normal life in your own crib. ESPECIALLY with a chick you're not even married to.

He been trolling low key lately.
