None whatsoever got the bm pregnant on leave while in marine corps found out overseas never planned on moving back to Texas .....but no excuse. ......just being better for my 3 yr old these days.....now i made some attempts but the whole thing was poisonous cuz she a hood booger and love to live up to all the stereotypes of hoodness. ...but financialy i caught all that up and then some......

It's not "free money". Having a child causes you to accrue expenses and raising a child is a goddamn job that you don't get to call in for.

these chicks aren't even using all of this money for children as you already acknowledged. If these women don't want to deal with deadbeat dads then stop letting nikkas nut in you without being married. And if you can't support the child on your own then you need to give up custody to the father or a relative until you get your shyt together instead of going to the state for handouts and putting the babys father on child support so you can get another handout. I disagree. A dad that can't pay but provides emotionally is still sent to jail and seen as a bad father. It doesn't matter how good of a father he is.

Your emotional support isn't somehhing that can be really be accounted for so how are you expecting the courts to properly rule on it?

You don't get thrown in jail, for child support, the day you don't pay. You typically get multiple warnings and if you make no effort to try to handle the problem, you'll then get a hit put on you.

If you can't pay your rent, you get thrown out. If you can't pay your car note, your car will get repossessed. They don't care if you lost your job, if you're a good person, or anything.

Not financially providing for your child is a problem. If the child was in your custody, your "emotional support" alone wouldn't cut it or put food on the table so why does it matter in this scenario?

If a woman can't pay for her kids, she actually gets a house.

Also...just because a man chooses not to pay the government and the child's mother does not mean he doesn't financially care for his kids. OPs opening comment is a perfect example.

Men don't go to jail if they have custody or pay their child support .

child support is way more than 160, breh. i pay over $800 for 1 kid. then still get taxed 25% after that.

the shyt aint right man. im fine, with supporting my child. i am not fine with supporting my ex. no woman who isnt my wife deserves one penny of money i work my ass off for. thats just my opinion.

I got out the army and asked for a reduction while i looked for a new job the god damn judge
kept my sh!t at the same rate ...i asked how am i going to pay if im temp. uneployed
they didnt give a fukk....so about 3 months later while i had my youngest son home with me
the fukkin shefiff knocks on my door telling me im going to jail for failure to pay...and if i didnt have someone
to get my son then they calling child protective services....


The judge the prosecutor and appointed lawyers are all in cahootz and curupt as fukk...
it was no need for my sons mom to put me on child support and get the courts involved in our sh!t
i was paying her $400 a month when my moms died i told her i couldnt pay on the first give me a few weeks
the b!tch put me on child support
now im paying $600 a month for 1 kid and im so fukking bitter that it stops me from wanting to communicate
with m sons mother and my son is paying by my lack of communication....
Today is his birthday im getting him a puppy ...but his moms be talking bad about me smh...
Sometimes i just be wanting to flip the fukk out....

Whole I do agree with what your saying, I don't think the fault should lie solely on the mother. I mean, even on here I've read guys talking about not using condoms.
Also had to fix that because it doesn't pertain to me. I don't have unprotected sex; likewise I'm not trying to be a baby mama

having a child might be a "come up" if its by someone with money. Maybe, but foodstamps, welfare, public housing etc... is not the lap of luxury in most cases. Not to mention having to take care of the child
