I don't know I ever chit chat with the fella, but rest in peace to the young men. Just to let you guys know I love the Coli despite all the fukkery. This forum has great potential to enlighten many young posters with great information that can help them improve their lives. What led me to be a member in the COLI, is the Higher Learning forum and the Miami Heat brethren. Despite all the good conversation in the Coliseum, it was the Higher Learning that really attract my attention. Posters who are young as myself or younger enamored me with their wisdom. I have gotten better with my finance because of the Coli and the guys in the IT thread inspired me to enter the IT field.
On the other hand, It is disappointed to see the teenagers and young adult waste their time trolling and bickering at one another for internet credibility rather expend some of their time in the internet to chat with the smart guys of the Coli. We should be working on to uplift one another and trade valuable information that can be useful in our career, marriage, parenthood, health, finance, etc. Yea, a moment of fukkery is great from some laugthers, but I will like to see this forum filled with positivity by minimizing the negativity. Also, I don't mind the trolls. There are creative trolls in here who know how to irate posters with a controversial topic that lead to an intellectual conversation. If a troll pollute this forum with a meaningless topic, then his or her thread should be deleted.
Furthermore, the moderators should restrict the occurence of repetitive thread. We don't need a bunch of threads of black men and black women bashing in one day.

we definitely need to do a better job and we've been trying to do so more so recently but we'll continue to try and improve. we appreciate the help and suggestions from the community and thats what we really rely on. neither me or brook enjoy making the decisions we have to make but it makes it alot easier when we've received feedback from everyone.

no need to apologize. my rant wasn't directed at any one person or group. it was a long time coming and unfortunately it took a sobering event like this to make me really think about it

im sorry it took something like this to happen for me to express my feelings about some of this but to me its not my thoughts on a message board because to me this place is more than that, it's a community. i meant no disrespect by this thread. its a sad day for this forum and my condolences go out to his family and friends as well as everyone on here who knew him. death impacts people differently but for me it makes me realize how short life is and it really puts things in perspective and makes me want to be a better person and bring more positively into my life to try and enjoy the brief time i have on here. im simply sharing my thoughts and i apologize if you found them offensive.
