It's one thing not to leave a tip to express dissatisfaction, if you think the food wait time was ridiculous (even though that wasn't really the waiter's fault)....but the 'LOL' was some unnecessary troll/a$$hole shyt

That alone should make people who work in this industry lobby to be paid fair wages. Restaurant owners should have protestors at their doors day and night. Legislation should be on the table. But for some reason the blame falls on the consumer....
No one should be working for tips as if they are some sort of dancing circus act. The very thought is degrading. Waiters should be paid fairly and it is the responsibility of the business owner to make sure it happens.
Yes, I tip quite well. But it is not because I want to or because I think it is deserved.

If you have problem with tipping write to your local government about why it's unethical for companies to pay someone $2 an hour.
Not tipping doesn't hurt the companies it only hurts the waiter/waitresses.
They don't and they all are liars and can go to hell. Smh. If they don't make an average of $7.25 an hour after tips they get paid that on their checks. Plus they dodge taxes not claiming all their tips. They don't do shyt anyway. It's not a real job they need to get over themselves.

They only get paid that if they make over min wage in tips. They are liars trying to get sympathy for not having a real job and not being even in the slightest but necessary.

I been tellin folks this. I worked in a bunch of restaurants. The waiting hustle is real. I don't knock it tho. But what I find funny is that the servers don't want tipping to ever go away... Even if they got a fair wage. It's a pay cut. Maybe this isn't true at lower tier restaurants, but waiting tables at a mid to high-class restaurant is GOOD money.
