My thing about that is between men, whatever you say to them can be sorted out with physical combat if they feel that strongly about it, it's an even playing field with equal consequences if you cross a certain line with men.

With women a lot of times that word is the line with them but they obviously can't physically do anything to you about it, so it's like bullying/picking on someone weaker than you because you know they can't do anything about it and that's not cool.
