Nas has had chemistry with several producers, but yeah, a Nas x Large Professor album would be crazy.

When I think about Nas having an album produced by one producer, these would've been a dream come true:

Hip Hop Is Dead- In 2006, Premo was still producing some crazy beats. That album title would've been the perfect album title for the Nas/Premo collaboration. The same goes for a Nas x Just Blaze album during that era.

Untitled- Sadly, DJ Toomp only had one production on that album. In 2008, DJ Toomp was lacing some of the biggest names in Hip Hop with heat. A Nas x DJ Toomp album during that period would've been epic especially with that content.

You're not wrong about Fraud using 90s beats and calling them his own. I'm a coke boy, shot caller, strictly 4 my jeeps, etc etc. However some of his originals are dope. Leaving the Dock, Hottest MC, etc etc.

And I actually stopped and thought about why I'm recklessly throwing shots at Preem. I think it's because there was a time when EVERY SINGLE BEAT he did was dope and the best track on whatever album it was on. I used to check for every single project he worked on.

Now he has fallen off and I'm disappointed to the point of frustration. This fukkin video of him and this fake ass DITC hurts my soul. But I should just instead of hate because he's the GOAT.

Having said ALL THAT, there's no way I want to listen to him and Nas in 2013 rather than some of these new dudes. No ID especially.

fair enough and I respect your composure. I haven't heard the ditc cypher (I will later) but for me primo still brings the heat 8 out of 10. I can't say he didn't fall off a little cuz before ownerz he was 10 for 10.

to me though it wasn't a fall from grace, it was more like a sprained ankle.

primo still makes me go on beats so as long as he does that he's still the g.o.a.t. to me

yeah I mean as far as I'm concerned no I.d. is holding the placemaker under primo and LP. RZA used to be my second favorite but imo he fell off so LP took that spot because he been consistent for so much longer

This thread is about large pro and nas but I will say if the streets and nobody is really looking for a nas and primo colab than why is it brought up all the time and I don't just mean hear on this forum but in interviews both these cats give be it tv radio blogs or whatever...

the blogs/streets etc started salivating when nas and primo did that carnegie hall symphony record. that request for them will never die and has trancended generations. same for LP and pete rock. its the illmatic is tiimeless thing.

We both meant Kolexxxion. About half of it was crazy. The other half was ehh. I copped the cd. It wasn't just Preem though, a lot of throwaway verses from Bumpy too I thought.

I think as a fan of the art...primo knows how important that colabo will be so wheather u think he fell off ornot I just don't see primo coming with anything less than his A game...wouldwouldn't be surprised if he had beats in the stash just waiting for this..look at classic that beat is crazy..now imagine nas solo on it...
