Nas didn't even try to make Queens Get The Money sound like him

Honestly, I don't see it

First off, if you say he flows like Jay Elect, the beat on the song is basically all piano, and has no drum beat. How else you expect a rapper to rap on that track? :wtf:

Also Nas has alot of monotone type songs with a similar flow to Queens Get the Money. Especially the whole Streets Disciple album, and about half of Hip Hop is Dead. Still Dreaming is a perfect example of this

And if you wanna talk about straight up lyrics. Saying Jay wrote it cause Nas says "Uzi" or "hot" or "messiah" really isn't substantial evidence to say Jay Elect wrote the song for him. It actually proves the point that Jay was actually just feeding him lines in the studio when Nas was writing it

yea I know I can't truly prove anything here nor am I really emotionally invested in it because it's not that big of a deal of me because I respect all of the artists involved in the project - Nas is my personal GOAT lyricist. However, if I had to bet money on it I would say Jay gave him a lot of input on the track.

Yeah Jay Elec definitely wrote that. As a Nas stan I was disappointed. Why would he get anyone to write a verse for him? He's fukking Nas, not Puffy.
You couldn't not possibly be a Nas Stan if you think Jay Elec wrote QGTM. I swear some of you fans are a disappointment to Nas. Nasir Olu Dara Jones wrote 100% of QGTM...FACT!
