You obviously can't read and Nas mentioned Jungle because he gave him the "one mic" line. GN!
4 lines = 2 words now?

“Year after year. Another album after another album. Record company bullshyt. Life, life. So, I couldn’t write,” Nas said during his Fun Fun Fun Fest performance. “And I listened to what he said, and he gave me the first four lines and then I took it from there. My brother said this—He’s not a rapper, ‘All I need is one mic...’”

that ... is cuz he went into performing the song at that point

4 lines would be

All I need is one mic, one beat, one stage
One nikka front, my face on the front page
Only if I had one gun, one girl and one crib
One God to show me how to do things his son did

so that's the whole song concept and the only 4 bars anyone remembers from that shyt :mjlol:

but he wrote part of nazz sly fox verse(s) (i see BS, GPS)

funny how u downplay "hooks" like they're not just short, uncatchy verses in nazz music

i guess the fact it gets played more than once in the song makes it better? shouldn't that make it worse :laff:

u act like he came in and wrote some shyt for Mary J to sing :mjol:

also Untited / louis farrakhan doesn't even have a hook and stic wrote that solo as he admits
Oh my goodness! Please just stop showing you stupidity.

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
a lot of that commentary is after nazz got exposed and he was tryna play it down

there was an interview on hiphopdx that's no longer there, from like 08 apparently

excerpts from boxden and blogs where people copy and pasted it:
nikka this is known shyt. And they still say till this day that they wrote the hook and collabed on Sly Fox. It was never a secret. Kanye gave this nikka Jay hooks. Concepts and bridges on camera and no one said shyt. Dead Prez didn't write VERSES for Nas.

but he wrote on a song that has no hook (Untitled / Louis Farrakhan)

and he did it alone in Atlanta

so he gave naS a reference like QM-Drake?

He uses Jay's off beat flow for this. It don't sound like a Nas song. The flow isn't his. I assume he didn't write the majority of it.

I think QGTM was a collaboration between Nas and Jay Elec in the truest sense of the word. The reason there's so much talk of Ghost writing is because Nas is emulating Jay's Flow throughout the song .

Listening to the lyrics, I think the bare skeleton of the track was laid down by Nas. But, there are clearly spots where Jay Elec gave him some Bars to keep the song flowing.

nikkas is still hating
Talking that Nas done fell off with rhyming
He'd rather floss with diamonds

They pray "please God let him spit that Uzi in the army lining
That shorty doo-wop rolling oo-wop in the park reclining"

This is about as Jay Elec as you can get. It's almost defintive.

But here are some Bars that Jay prolly helped Nas shape:

Spit it, I'm Huey P in Louis V at the eulogy throwing Molotovs for Emmett

All of these false prophets is not messiahs
You don't know how high the sky is
The square mileage of Earth, or what pi is

I'm the shaky hand that touched George Foreman in Zaire
The same hand that punched down devils that brought down the towers

Anyways this prolly explains why Jay taking so damn long. He wants an album of 18 QGTM level songs.

"please God let him spit that Uzi in the army lining" - reminds me of Jay, not something I'd naturally hear from Nas also Jay has that track "Uzi weighs a ton"

reminds me too much Jay Elec....either way I'm not even mad at Nas

:dahell: That is a direct reference to It ain't hard to tell
"Sneak a Uzi on the island in my army jacket lining"

You trying to hard you damn weirdo
