I told someone last week, that this is a Top 3 Nas album in the past 29 years (OG I Am aside).
When dudes hear it, they'll see why.
You're arguably the most critical Nas fan here and you're not easily impressed. The only Hit-Boy album you really liked was Magic, which is arguably the best album in the series.
I say that to say that your opinion is one of the few that matters and I'm taking it into consideration. At least you listened to the album unlike these other idiots losing their mind over snippets.

I don't fault anyone for listening to the snippet. i get it, this is like that high grade ganja right here, lol. But for me, I want to take it all in without hearing anything. Also I know some of you aren't going to be able to wait and will go straight to NYSOM 3 and 3rd Childhood 1st. Look I don't knock how people will experience it, it's your choice but for me I want this to be an experience straight thru with no skips. .

Don't play with Premier. At his peak he gave entire classic albums to rappers that were literal nobodies. And they're still touring the world off those songs that were made 30 years ago. That's the definition of classic. He gave a boom bap album to Christina Aguilera. Others cross over. He made the industry cross over to him. He's kept it super true this whole time.

Theres gonna be some people that they just wont be pleased with how Premier sounds in 2025 (speaking in response to how some reacted to Define my Name and now the beat to Welcome to the Underground) We know what it is and its not bad but hes not in 95 mode but hes not trash either
