Mobb and De La had the best albums out the series. shyt pains me to say man.

I'm with you on Mobb. But I wasn't into the De La joint like that. Just like I wasn't on their last few albums.

This and the Mobb are the two that I can say I know I'll be f*cking with for a minute.

Light Years is the kinda Nas album I've been waiting for forever.

I never seen so many grown dikksuckers in my life. I listened to a album. Commented on the album i listened to and yall focused on me. Talk about what you like. My opinion mean nothing to you

First of all….watch ya tone. I asked two questions, respectfully.

I just wanna know at what grown age do we put the trolling aside and actually grow up. That’s all.

Be great

I gotta sit with this album more later on but as I did a quick run through, I don't see/hear anything wrong with these beats. I just think many people wanted an album full of "Nas Is Like" type joints OR their ears have simply veered away from that classic Boom Bap style of Preme.:manny:

Nah fam ....... we know what premo is capable of without even lookin at his past work with Nas....

I'm having a hard time getting myself excited for this NaS & DJ Premier album because it's something I wanted 20-25 years ago (weird being old enough to say that). I'm scared to cut it on because I feel like this album is going to be musical equivalent of bagging your high school crush after she got fat and had three kids.

I think this'll land as my third favorite album of the year.

It will not lap Alfredo II, and MOBB hit me harder than this did, which might have been hearing Prodigy again so I'll give that some time.

Then De La, then Clipse.

all i can say is that people being let down with Define My Name is laughable in hindsight :dead:

it's worth the listen. but know that that was not a weak track compared to the rest of the project

It's one of my favorite albums this year. Easily.

I wouldn't take any of the casuals' opinions on this project seriously.

They were complaining before the album even dropped. They're miserable.
