Because I don't know that Nas "is or was" abusive. There's no evidence and no proof whatsoever. Only hearsay and conjecture. You can believe allegations just based on allegations all you want, but that doesn't mean we have to. I need either physical evidence or multiple accusers. If there's only one or two accusers, I give the accused the benefit of the doubt. I tend to believe the Weinstein accusers, for instance, because there's like fukking thirty of them. If multiple women who dated Nas came out and said he beat them up, I'd believe it more. His two accusers are Carmen, a woman who told fib after fib in her dumb ass book solely to sell copies (Nas thought Beyonce had bad breath...come on son) and Kelis, a woman who said she would never say anything bad about Nas to Knight when she was getting that fat child support check but switched up on a dime when the courts went in Nas favor.

Nas has dated like two or three women though....Kelis Carmen and Mary J. Of course there is no way of getting multiple. On the flip side though just like with Common you could easily say something about Nas is keeping him from having stable relationships with women at such an old age . With how women go on about how fine he is all the time and how they love him...nobody wants to be with him long? And don't say its just being a bachelor. We saw signs of how he acts when he got drunk last year on his birthday. yall say he just has fun when gets drunk or whatever but he is an alcoholic for real. That moment when Nicki took the mic from him probably happened a couple times.

Wasn't he dating another girl shortly after Nicki too? And thats done with too.

And being a drinker doesn't automatically mean you're an abuser. That's a huge jump to conclusions. If so, every rapper who smokes and drinks (which is basically ever rapper ever) would be a woman beater.

The type of drinker you are does. How someone acts when drinking is a tell tale sign of that. He threw a bottle across rooms while drunk but its a stretch to think he could get drunk and fight with Kelis?

You can say all you want both are to blame, but what type of man is Nas to be braver about fighting toe to toe with his wife...but turning down fights with Camron, Jim Jones, Diplomats as a whole, Jeezy, etc. How many people could Nas have fought himself?

I know the two of you disagree with me about the Nas and Kelis thing...and ok thats cool...but what possible excuse could you give me for him fighting with Kelis but not the dudes that were disrespecting nonstop. Didn't Camron talk about pissing on Destiny?

1. He threw subs at Cam, insinuated he had AIDS and ridiculed him for getting bagged for 22s. Also called his album wack. Also threw subs at Jimmy. He didn't get into a straight up battle with them like he did with Jay cuz neither of them are on his level MC wise. No reason to give shine to dudes not on your level.

2. I know of Nas fighting dudes on three different instances. Fighting them two kids who tried to stick him after he came from the barbershop (immortalized in Belly), fighting Nore when dude tried to throw a flowerpot at him and also smacking some other dude at a club with a bottle onetime. He fought dudes before. And that's just the stories we know about. We don't know every single fight Nas ever got into or every single chick he ever dated. Lol, come on.
