Californ-i-a by way of BK
shyt prolly a weight off his shoulders. I don’t think Nas ever really wanted problems with Mega.
Lol definitely not. You can tell he only went at Mega cause Mega went at him. Beefing with your child hood friend is always a little sad

Mega's song about falling out with nas is still one of my favorite sad song in hip-hop. Some people call this a diss song, and I guess it counts, but to me it's more of just a joint about what it's like to fall out with people in life
:mjcry:but :wow:

N.I.N.
If Nas is giving this type of dudes interviews, but not breakfast club, then there's definitely beef.
But I'm clueless as to what the beef could be

Dj envy pretends they're close

I don't even care about BC. I just want Nas to give charlamange 2hrs
Semtex been interviewing Nas on every album release since “I Am...”. Im sure he got more spots lined up. He seems more amp for this release

SINY!!
he did ... and I don’t think his intent on the lives matter line was meant for harm .

outside of AZ , Durk had the most memorable feature IMO. Surprised me :ehh:

Ferg did his thing too .

The features worked out well for the most part. Nas and Hit Boy did a good job of blending the styles and generations . Still sounds mature , yet updated.

Hate to say but I thought the “can’t miss feature” with the Firm was the weakest . AZ saved that .

And can we pleeeeease get AZ at LEAST a 4.5 mic album before he hangs it up . That man needs all hands on deck to get him a unanimous classic before he retires . He DESERVES that . Shyt start a gofundme for that man or something :damn:

Nas def bounced back on this album . He sprinkles gems throughout . Still talkin his shyt too . Solid , well crafted effort .

I’ll say this, if anyone upped their stock tremendously ... it’s Hit Boy :wow:

I expect him to be in demand exponentially more after this ... Negro probably bumped himself into the upper, upper tier of current producers with this .

He’s INCREDIBLY versatile . :wow:

I think @Ziggiy said in a previous post , he gives you glimpses of the stylings of many of his great predecessors on the boards.

I could see this effort catapulting him to getting some major pop placements. He’s gonna be sending out some big invoices very soon . :wow:

Super talented . :wow:

Nailed it. Especially the AZ thing. He has always made solid albums, just never hit that near classic/classic album. He has it in him, and he has aged well. Still sounds as fresh when he did all those years back.

Give him a solid production lineup (a lineup that will give him their best tracks), take his time writing/piecing it all together....I hope it happens for him because if it does...everyone wins. He wins & cements his legacy, and we win because we’ll have that AZ album to to listen to/decipher/etc.

He's got it in him to do it. I hope it happens. he dropped a loosie this year called Found my Niche that's only 2 minutes and it's one of my favorite songs this whole year.

We need to get AZ locked in for at least one more really dope album.

He wasn’t mumbling and the lyrics are pretty clear to the ear he just had a melodic flow ya nuts :russ:

a decent portion of coli nas stans are extremely out of touch and will shyt on these modern acts no matter what. durk's verse was dope and authentic.

the love nas is getting for this album is nuts. this is the first time since life is good that i've seen major outside praise for a nas project. makes sense because sonically this is a top 5 nas album. i live in queens and nikkas were playing this all over the park, cars and all. whereas nobody gave a fukk about lost tapes 2 or nasir for the most part. nas will do 70k+ first week with this and its well deserved. album of the year :wow:
