We might be pleasantly surprised. I'm almost certain that the people saying they don't like it are lying for clout. This might go down as AOTY, and if it doesn't win a Grammy I'm never gonna take that award seriously (not that I do anyway, but this is their last chance).

(The Firm Reunion has generated a positive response from Hip Hop Fans across the World)

"Full Circle" has been a Top Trending video on Youtube since Friday. It has the highest views of any song thus far from the album on Youtube. It's gotten a lot of tweets as well. Definitely need a video for that. "Car #85" could a manageable video to shoot for this climate. Just have NaS getting picked up and driving around New York. With Charlie Singing as well. Of course "All Bad" should be considered another Video that could be done with Anderson. I already said "Spicy" was single material in my review. He could really work this album. As far as Charts. NaS's last 3 Releases.

Life is Good - #1 on the Charts (2012)
Nasir - #5 on the Charts (2018)
Lost Tapes 2 (Compilation) - #10 on the charts (#1 Digital Albums Sales) (2019)

NaS always does well on the charts with his albums because people love NaS's full Body of work more than just singles. I won't be surprised but another high chart appearance with "King's Disease". People sleep on how consistent NaS's albums have done across these last 3 decades.

Dope album.

Really like the subject matter. Production is refreshing for Nas cause it's modern without pandering. Every single feature is dope and doesn't sound forced. Hit Boy did his thing as far as producing. Actually will check the projects with Dom Kennedy just off this.

Nasir was cool but wasn't feeling the mixing and something feeled off about his flow at times.

The cut off is Sept 30th.. who in the running? I honestly dont be following other releases

youre probably looking at around October for Drakes album so he won't make the cut.

if I had to guess the standard Eminem selection will be in there.
Juice WRLD, Pop Smoke will be sure picks.

labels will go on campaigns and put a little bread behind them like they did for Nipsey and Pusha T a few years back.
that will probably be Megan, Lil Baby and Uzi this go around.

despite his name attached I don't know if I can see the Jay Elec/Jay-Z album getting a nom.

For Best Rap Album?

Definitely Drake if he drops next week

Childish Gambino even though be barely raps on 3.15.20.

Megan Thee Stallion dropped that Suga EP earlier this year and she’s had a hot year before the shooting fiasco so she might be in the running

I think a couple of “Lil this or that” dropped this year too.

Nas should have a stronger claim than all of them
at this point. His only competition at this juncture for Best Rap Album would be Drake (who took home the trophy in 2013 for Take Care, which disgustingly beat out Life Is Good)

They started recording before the shutdown and had to stop at some point before finishing it. It's amazing they were able to put something like this out under the circumstances.

Wherever nikkas need to be told on
just a brief comparison

on LIG and KD my favorite stuff is at the beginning and end

difference is I like the middle in KD more than some of the middle of LIG

I know some like that World’s an Addiction and Summer on Smash combo but that’s where he lost me

it’s still early but I’ve enjoyed this one more as far as the first few days
