In terms of the Grammy stuff if they want set things up in their favor...regardless of whether it's a single or not, submit All Bad for Best Rap/Sung Performance. Paak being on the hook gets you points: he's already a Grammy winner and also on Interscope (Aftermath).

i wanna love it but its just cool to me, i dont think this is some of nas' best rapping. still im happy for overwhelming recognition its getting. im really digging alot of the features. az esp killled it. the cure is also my favorite.

Nas could drop weed plates for the next 20 year n it wouldnt change how I think about him. 3 decades of great albums, ya hes cemented:wow:

On my 8th play through n findin new lil things i like. This is a really good album by Mr. Jones

This, Nas already cemented.

I'm feeling some tracks, I'm not feeling some tracks but I didn't have super high expectations. Just glad to hear the GOAT still spitting at a high level

Yeah, Im on the side of this being better than LIG as of today.
For me, LIG just has some tracks I tend to skip over: Daughters, Worlds an Addiction, and Summer on Smash are skippable tracks for me.

The worst I can say about King's Disease is that the Paak song wasn't the classic I wanted it to be. Still a dope track though. Everything else on here is A1.

I was thinking the same thing.

Push Ultra Black for Best Rap Song (it’s culturally relevant and of the times)

Kings Disease for Best Rap Album

All Bad for Best Rap/Sung

Spicy for Best Rap Performance

After like six listens in some good headphones I didn't think it could get better. But y'all are right, it hits DIFFERENT in the car. The musicality on the production... Man. Hit-Boy is a genius for giving Nas a modern hip-hop sensibility without it feeling forced at all. Every track flows into the next, there is no sameness despite all being the same producer. The cohesion of this album is something else.

And I STILL get goosebumps when Full Circle comes on. Something about that intro and knowing you're now in a reality where The Firm is back together. How does AZ still do something like this:

Dialog supurb, flyest cars on the curb
Word, when I evolved a higher God emerged

AZ made a hell of an impression on anybody who has never heard of him. They must be thinking he's an alien or something.
