nas never released a tracklist for the double album and a tracklist for a double album never "leaked". Instead all people got is a bunch a leaks that came out before I am was released . For example a 13 track bootlegged leaked and some other songs like amongst kings, find ya wealth, rise & fall and come get me leaked as well.

Those are not the top 5 discos in history. Maybe the most consistent and balanced but not the best.

These talks about Nas's discography "could've been better" and "we were cheated" are all GREED TALK! Basically you guys want more than the fulfilling classics this man has given us! His discography is GOAT status period, anyone that would've made Nastradamus and that's an automatic 4 mics, but because it's Nas, it's frown upon! If it wasn't for some of the commercial attempts and features he got on, he'd be ghostface status with being praised on the underground, but not having that "next levelness" sort to say for lack of better words as to where he is today. Every album he has dropped has GREATER GEMS than the lows or missteps he has. You can make a quadruple album of all of Nas's BEST JOINTS and that still wouldn't be enough, the man has dropped enough classics to be solidified! TELL ME ONE RAPPER HE HASN'T INFLUENCED!

I catch hell for my criticism of Nas in here. But he truly has a marginal catalog. Like even by the time I stopped caring so much about his sellout moves and his albums became serviceable on some par for the course shyt during whatever horrific period of the aughts they were released I still can't pretend those albums mean jack shyt.

I can't pretend that half of Stillmatic isn't corny. I can't pretend SD should have been shaved down to 1 disc and still would only be above average. I ant pretend when I try and listen to 'Untitled' it isn't comically bad in 2016.

After '99, you didn't really know what you'd get from him. Thing is, his early run was so monumental, that you can let the later years slide. '94-'98, Nas was easily Top 3 in Hip Hop.
