No, it's facts based on my reading of the case. There simply isn't any firm proof Nate raped her. There's only proof they had sex (and in at least one instance it was consensual). He was rightfully exonerated based on a reasonable reading of facts of the case. It takes an unjustified leap of logic to postulate Nate raped the girl.
