No. All that hairstyle did was accentuate what you were already attracted to. Putting a nice hairstyle on an ugly chick ain't gonna change the fact she's ugly. Same thing happens if you take a dime piece and make her bald headed. She's still a dime piece.
Now certain people do look better with longer vs shorter hair. But that only slightly changes their attractiveness. What it doesn't do is take someone from being attractive to unattractive or vice-versa.

As someone who was there the dumbass nikka going on about networking besides being a natural hair event all it is a black networking event. Literally everybody from the food vendors to the photographers were black. People were able to sell everything there and they were all black dumbass.
