This makes no damn sense unless it's a gimmick mode. I hate that they brought back intergender wrestling in WWE 2k25, because it's stupid and it's just racist incels beating up black women.
Never paid for 2K25. Got it for free on PSPlus. Just started playing it two weeks ago. I'll do the same with this. 
I used to buy the 2K editions that came with NBA league pass but they don't even have that anymore. I'll probably get 2K26 when its under $20 sale. They haven't really announced anything to make me want to get it at full price.

It's crazy how far MyTeam has fallen off. It used to be the GOAT mode from like 2K16-2K19. Now it's some fantasy nonsense with fake players.

That's been the move for me and the micro transactions eventually just make me stop playing eventually. Mycareer could be so much fun, I can't stand it.
It will be the first 2K I skip since NBA 2k21. Grinding mycareer and park (more so the REC for me) is just too time consuming to rep up. Plus it's getting too costly buying VC to level up players and get animations. Finally, I get too angry/frustrated playing with bums and ball hogs. I don't get that mad playing other games.

Yea and they're a disappointment not being able to secure marquee players Barkley, Sheed, Prince, Reggie, Russell etc.Been wanting Kobe/Pau Lakers forever on these joints, I done gave up
