Yup. That's pretty much the entire rationale behind everything in the NBA schedule.

LeBron has been listed as a PG all year. Look at the Lakers' starting lineup right now - it's obvious they ain't starting Danny Green or KCP at point guard, so who else would you put as the Laker point?
Honestly it would have been fair to consider Luka a guard as well, but they listed him as a forward since the beginning.
And AD plays center more than forward when it really matters this season, but for All-NBA teams I don't think that's relevant cause they're just going with 2 guards and 3 frontcourt players now.

YOU THINKING ABOUT
THE ALLSTAR GAME.
BRON WAS SELECTED AS A FORWARD
LUKA WAS SELECTED AS A GUARD.
AD WAS SELECTED AS A CENTER.
THE FACT BRON HAS BEEN LISTED
AT PG ALL YR BUT WAS SELECTED
AS A FORWARD SHOWS HOW FRAUDULENT
THE LIST IS.
You ain't factoring in missed games. Overall AD played about 19 minutes/game at PF this year and 15 minutes/game at center. For the teams/games that really mattered he played center more than power forward, just like he's doing in the playoffs. Technically he's a PF if you're gonna go by starting lineups but there's really no problem calling him either one.
JAVELE & D12 LOGGED
36 MINUTES PER NIGHT AT CENTER.
AD LOGGED 34 MINUTES PER GAME IN GENERAL.
THERES NO WAY HE SHOULD
HAVE MADE IT AS A CENTER.
You're right that LeBron shouldn't have been selected as a forward in the all-star game. As I said, he's been listed as a PG all year and as "positionless" as basketball is right now, there's a better argument that LeBron is playing PG than that he's playing anything else. I'm guessing they start printing all-star ballots very early in the season and hadn't registered his position switch yet.
If they had done things right in the all-star game it would have been Luka and LeBron in the backcourt, Kawhi and AD as the forwards, and Jokic at center. Harden would have been bumped to the bench.

NO BRON WAS SELECTED AS
A FORWARD ON THE ALL NBA TEAM
EVEN THOUGH HES BEEN
LISTED AS A PG THIS SEASON.
ALL NBA TEAMS STILL SELECT CENTERS
NOT 3 FORWARDS
WHICH IS WHY I SAID
YOU WERE THINKING ABOUT
THE ALL STAR TEAM.
THEY SHOE HORN ALL THESE
GUYS INTO DIFFERENT
POSITIONS SO THEY CAN
GET THEIR FAVORITES ON THE TEAM.
THERES NO WAY AD
SHOULD BE RANKED AS THE
NUMBER 1 CENTER IN THE NBA.
He’s not trash but him not being effective outside of like ten feet limits him and his team. Even Giannis couldn’t get his team out of the second round with the same type of play style. At 24 yrs old before his prime and nikkas saying he's trash and that we need to trade him
You're basically saying that the NBA is conspiring to get AD into that 1st-team rather than Jokic?

Y’all really arguing about positions in 2020. They select the best 5.![]()

Either way you’re still angry. So I’m right.NO THEY DONT GOOFY.
THEY SELECT 2 GUARDS,
2 FORWARDS & 1 CENTER.

Of course you would answer by completely dodging them putting AD on the 1st-team rather than Jokic in your "conspiracy theory". If they really were "conspiring" it would be Luka and Bron at the guards and Harden is the odd man out. That was they still get AD on the first team and get to add Jokic too.THEY CONSPIRED
TO GET LUKA
ON THE 1ST TEAM ASWELL.
BOTH BRON & LUKA ARE LISTED AS GUARDS
THIS SEASON SO THEY MOVED
BRON TO THE FORWARD POSITION
SO BOTH COULD MAKE IT.

Why are you caping so hard for an "authentic" position-based All-NBA team anyway? Wouldn't you prefer just having the best five players on the 1st team regardless of position? What do you actually get out of sounding like an old man yelling at the clouds for the NBA to "get the positions right!" other than internet chatter?

Ben Simmons & Westbrook over Trae Young?![]()

calling it now. looking to bump this throughout the season & for his inevitable return to Europe in 4 years
Cant wait to see this cac fail. He’s being pushed as the cac MJ or Kobe & all them “experts” who is calling him a once in a generation player and predicting him to win ROY will look stupid when his ass doesn’t pan out.
