He can't be kidd or gp like if he isn't the dominant ball handler. That's gonna be Ingram. My projection is assuming everything works out optimally in his new role obviously.

I'm trying to imagine a scenario where Rockets/Suns go deep but the Mavs don't make the playoffs at all.

I think the Mavs will start off slow because Luka has to play himself into shape and so will Porzingis once he’s back. They’ll be in a dog fight for those last 3 spots. I also just don’t think they got any better.

Pelicans and Suns both made moves to solidify a playoff spot. I can see both of those teams replacing Utah and Dallas/Houston (if Harden gets traded).
