Wth is up with getting a rebound for slapping a ball out of the air and luckily your teammate gets ball. ie: Tyson Chandler.

yes he did. no different than spiking a ball in volley ball or a fast break where ball never touches the ground.

this aint football :upsetfavre:

:rudy: volleyball is a completely different sport you can't compare that. And in a fastbreak even if they don't dribble they still have possession because they pass back or lay it up. That tap out shyt is like a random jumpball. So if they tap it out and the other team gets it, does that still count at a rebound? :dwillhuh:

I honestly didn't know they counted as a rebound for the slapper...I thought you needed control of the ball to be credited..

They also credit players with a rebound when they tap the basketball around around the rim. That shouldn't count either.

He should get credited with half a rebound and the guy who controls it gets the other half. No way that shyt should count as a whole rebound.
