I feel what you saying breh but I can’t frontI keep seeing the following names.....
Melo
Vince
TMac
Dwight
And Lillard too
Are all laughable, too debatable, questionable, however you wanna slice it. They're not getting on. Not enough meat on those bones.
My next in, but could see fukkery coming, are....
Manu, Nash, and Parker, and Pierce..although both should qualify IMO

Like Jokic just won the MVP and is already regarded as one of, if not, the best passing big men ever. He's six seasons into his career which I think is enough time to build a case if it's strong.

Yep, people are overhyping how many players are getting removed, theyve added 25 spots so there wont be the need to axe that manysomeone will inevitably come off because youre going to have a fair amount of different voters this time around but i dont think more than 5 will come off and im not sure even that many should come off. they were great talents and winners but i wouldnt have manu on there and i dont think id have tony parker either. yao wouldnt make it. i definitely would have reggie and dominique. i dont think were going to see a shaq situation like on the 50 list. the youngest guys i would have on my list are giannis and kawhi. not sure i would have lillard on there though hes worthy.

This really isn't that difficult to theorize fellas lol, these names below are locks to be added:
Giannis Antetokuonmpo
Kobe Bryant
Steph Curry
Tim Duncan
Kevin Durant
Kevin Garnett
James Harden
Allen Iverson
LeBron James
Jason Kidd
Kawhi Leonard
Steve Nash
Dirk Nowitzki
Chris Paul
Gary Payton
Dwyane Wade
Russell Westbrook
Dominique Wilkins
That's 18 names. I'm not sure what the debate would be on any of them, there's no chance any of the above 18 are left off of the Top 75. Bookmark this post and come back to it once it's released, not a single one of these names will be excluded...
So that leaves seven spots to fill for a number of borderline candidates. Personally, I can't see them removing any of the OG 50, because there hasn't been 26 or more greater players than the OG 50...
Those 7 spots will be filled with a mix of candidates from different eras, people will make the argument for modern guys like Dame, Kyrie, and AD, and close to modern guys like Melo, Parker, Gasol, Dwight, Bosh, Mac, Pierce, Miller, etc. So a mix of these names will wind up on there but I highly, highly doubt anyone is coming off...
You do realize that in '96/'97, someone coulda said the exact same thing about people naming Mike #1 who never saw Russell or Wilt play, or never saw Kareem when he was really Kareem (meaning before 1980 or even pre-Lakers Kareem)?
Matter of fact it's pretty much assured older heads of the time said this, because there are still people around today who will tell you they don't buy into Mike as the best player ever. 25 years ago when more of those heads were still alive, of course cats were saying this...
Everybody who saw Mike play doesn't believe he the best player ever, especially people older than Mike. It's mostly cats from his era/age bracket, and the younger generation after his, who cling to Mike as greatest ever...
Mike was widely considered number one by the media and players of THAT time. That’s the point.By 96/97 season, Mike was already widely considered the #1, overthrowing Kareem. It was definitely solidified after that ring over Mailman.

There's debate over Dominique, so I can see some of those guys getting in. Also could see them being left off like Dominique.
