America's population tripled in the last 50 years. That is unheard of in human history. Too many people are selfish pricks thinking that they can have 5+ kids in a non-rural society. Even with leads of $$$, that will lead to limited farmland, limited fresh water, and so on.

that's compound interest. Im not saying to kill anyone already born , I'm just saying that human beings need to be aware of that rapid growth and what it does to the environment and the limited amount of livable land available. Especially in the age of Climate Change and the speculated amounts of land that will be underwater in 40 years or less.

4 of my neighbors just moved . They sold they houses each for way over what they asked for and all within a few days of actually putting they houses on the market.

I'm in the South after having relocated 8 years ago from PA and I think I might be heading back to PA or up north eventually. shyt down here in Atlanta ain't even that much cheaper anymore and is only getting more expensive with everyone coming here. Only other place in the South I'd live in is NC or else I'm going back home
