I have ZERO plans of ever residing in “The South”. I owned a home in Texas, but that’s as far as I’ll go. Plus, West Texas (San Antonio or El Paso) isn’t necessarily considered “The South”. You all can keep that Bama life. I’m currently happy in the deserts of our American Southwest, thank you.


I can be in Vegas or in SoCal in a couple of hours worth of driving. West Coast living without paying that high ass COL.
