Just thinking of other Hall of Fame PGs who became coaches (Magic - that stint counts lol, Zeke, and Kidd) and they’ve been mediocre at best. No one’s going to question theirs and Nash’s basketball IQ, but it hasn’t really translated well on the coaching side. The last HOF PG turned coach that was actually good and became a HOF in that position too was Lenny Wilkens and that seems ages ago. It’ll be interesting at least.

I expected them to over achieve and play hard night in and night like most teams who are well coached that lack talent. Its not that far fetched...If hes such an elite coach they should of still been fighting.
