no offense breh...to each their own but not everyone is built to follow the same path or do the same things.

@DrX mean well but he's too young and doesn't understand how the game works. He is a product of the Buffalo environment.
One of my former supervisors an Italian CAC came from Buffalo she was actually a pretty good mentor for me professionally. She said "I came from the boondocks where I know there are good people who work hard and have a strong work ethic but don't know the rules of the game". She said it's more important to know the rules and who is the game master than to play hard. She is smart as hell working for another Fortune 500 tech company right now and I'm thinking of hitting her up and going over to where she is at now. Believe it or not, there are some CACs in the game that can be allies and face discrimination as well. Her last name is clearly Italian and they stick together too - Anglo CACs give them a little side eye at the end of the day as well. I'm not saying trust them with your life but in certain circumstances Italians have had my back more than my own people. It depends on what can be gained from the situation.
Always think about what the upside is. White people are willing to throw their own under the bus and use you when it benefits them. If it's a mutually beneficial situation stop with all the hotep non-sense and start playing those cards. As long as you know the rules and who is in charge you can control your destiny based on your actions.
We need money brehs. INCOME. CASH FLOW. ASSETS. Without it, our word means nothing in this country.
If you got the chops we can do this. I am trying to leave my current gig and they are gonna need a replacement of some kind. All you need is a Bachelor's degree and be somewhat tech inclined. I can teach you everything I know and they will give you at least 45k and depending on your experience even 65k to start. Like I said I'm about the action but you have to be serious.
Once you get into this your income potential is limitless when you play your cards right.
