I'm watching kai. I'm up to where goku just did the kaio-ken x20.

I tried to watch the og but was taking waaaaaaaay to long lol so kai is good enough for me.

Next question after I'm done with all the kai.

Where do I go next?.... what about the movies should I throw those in at certain points? Or watch em all at once when I'm done ?....

The movies aren't canon except for battle of the gods and the new frieza movie. So they're basically what if stories to coincide with whatever saga they were on at the time. Dead zone is the first DBZ movie that takes place before the Saiyans arrive so you can start off with that.

The original ocean/funi dub > all the redubs that came after it. yea it was censored to high heaven but the voice work was top notch and the score was pretty slick in it's own way. Plus it's the version I think most ppl in the states were introduced to, including myself.

if u want the ultimate English Dbz experience you need to watch those first 3 movies they did because they kept the original japanese BGM. that combined with the ocean voices >>>>

but if you can, watch the original jap version. I believe they have them on Hulu now. the absolute best way to watch the show. Better voice acting, better music.
japanese with subs is on hulu?

Don't listen to Spud, DBZ Kai is a more streamlined experience of DBZ. Cuts out a lot of the riff raff, if you're trying actually get through the series in a month or so, you should watch Kai.

If you're committed to watching it and experiencing it without any regard for how much time you put into it, then watch the original DBZ.

Then after all of that is done, and you really enjoyed DBZ, then go back and watch DB
you should be negged for this, foh

None of the movies are canon except for the new ones (Battle of the Gods and Return of F) and GT is just :scusthov: .

The non-canon movies are kinda meh IMO. Not horrible but pretty average for the most part.
