Let's not pretend that there aren't race issues on this website, and that can affect how this forum is perceived.

If someone is new, and sees how casually some posters are allowed to attack other posters for not being black (the anti-spanish and anti-asian slurs are especially noticeable), I can't really blame them for not feeling that type of behavior.

I mean, I get it. The real world disenfranchises people enough, and I understand when people are frustrated, but you have folks that OD on the hate speech in truly disgusting ways.

Don't delude yourselves into thinking that some people (typically the attention whores and shytposters) go overboard with the shyts. @Reinscarf is proof the idiocy is practically endorsed, just throwing racist nonsense out there for literally no reason.

That said, I typically keep it moving. But call a spade a spade. There's most definitely a problem.

A moderators job is to regulate and organize. I do not want to Infringe on the competitive spirit of the arcadium. I want to enhance it.

We cannot be neogaf. We are largely not geeks. We do not fit in with that brand of nerd. We are not dorks. We are gamers with the essence of hip hop, swag and piff within us.

How do I look Banning or reprimanding someone because they want to talk that talk. But with anything you have to have balance so people are not driven away by bullies, agitators and those who just want to watch the world burn.

Vote for competition and balance. I have a title system in mind where we give posters acknowledgement for being the best in their respective games. Whether it be real cash or coli cash I have an idea of establishing a number one headband for competitors so people who come here know who the boss is in competive play.

This will drive competition as newcomers show up time dethrone the elites and turn greats into gatekeepers.

Most of the anti sentiments stem from a slew of non black posters pretending to be black and then saying something off and then they're exposed. I've never seen anyone get attacked just for being non black. At the most there's non black posters pretending to be black agitating others to get people to react negatively. Hell. There was a poster here in the arcadium that was calling people c00ns and then was exposed as being white.

Oh, he just got tired of the trolling on the forum and was upset that the forum was viewed as "racist" on other sites. He said it's been going on for a few months. He said he didn't find the jokes funny anymore and was ready to move on. He said he'd still keep in contact with certain members, but he "retired" (as it says in his avi). There was a mini-nintendo debacle and such too (but I didn't follow that thread that much to tell what really happened)

FWIW he isnt the only one thats alittle disturbed at the trend
