nikka i know this and have realize this, its why i included africans in that group of "others" who can be grouped in with whites

i been saying for a while now that blackness = ADOS, meaning i dont include africans and caribbeans(unless they have a ADOS parent). Infact i been saying they shouldnt even check "black" on the census and should put "other"(unless they have a ADOS parent)

Blackness in America means ADOS, that's why when it's Black History Month, it's mostly ADOS figures being discussed. That's why, you have non-ADOS not wanting to be called black, because they know that means you're ADOS.

Once again, for folks who can't/won't read, Prop 16 is adding affirmative action in higher education. This means that African American's and Hispanics will have a higher chance of attending a University. The groups in the caucasian section are there because they are either white or immigrant groups that haven't had to deal with the generational racial shyt. There are less than 5% African American students in the UC system and less than that when you factor out athletics. When I was at Fresno State, there were less than 800 African American's on the campus Total with a student body of 24,000. Anybody that claims to be African American, and is against this is either a c00n or a troll.

What's crazy is when you do your research on the student population for California universities, it looks like USC is the only university with a good amount of African American students, but then realize its an private uni, not a public which is very confusing to considering I'm from Houston and people will be asking questions.

Why would they want to "increase their numbers" if that would LOWER their kids' chances to get into college?

The fewer groups that are included in the Black category, the more underrepresented Black students will appear, and thus the MORE Black students will be accepted to make up the difference. If White folk "increase their numbers", it would mean that FEWER White folk are accepted. They'd be avoiding pushing White folk into the schools cause Arabs and North Africans had already taken their place.

affirmative action is a legal concept....
so you gotta look at it from a legal logic instead of your feelings.
its nuances
to my knowledge, the majority of people complaining about AA (affirmative action) are white/caucasian

so, if they make "white" a category that includes various ethnicities, it would be harder for a white person to claim they are being racially discriminated against, since they are now possibly being accepted from multiple angles/countries/ethnicities.

if a bunch of africans get accepted in school and claim "white", i would think it would be much harder for anyone to claim they are discriminating against "white" people.

personally and to be realistic, anyone who isnt ADOS is technically "white" in some degree given status, hiearchy of who is hired first, etc. even if they are not "white"

infact if everyone who wasnt ADOS, from African to Arabs be checked off as white. shyt prolly will make it more clear for us in some aspects
