I'd rather play a game with impeccable gameplay and shytty graphics than the opposite.

I remember my homie got a SNES at launch, and was telling me how the sounds all echoed when you were in the underground levels in Super Mario World... and I was amazed :heh:

Gameplay will always be more important than graphics...which is why Nintendo has thrived all these years.

Me, Liquid, Malta, and a couple other people were telling people this 6+ months ago.

There will never be another graphical leap like sprites to polygons. Or 2D to 3D. So get that out of your head.

As far as PC gamers go, ironically I'm sure one of them could explain to you how these new graphics are better from a technical standpoint, or the potential technological advantages this gen has over last gen, but you don't want to hear from them so :yeshrug:

you must be a kid or something, how can you say star fox wasnt mind blowing. this shyt was in 3d in a time when everything else was sprites you dumbass donkey teeth eater

The reason Star Fox was mind blowing to you is because there was no PC version of Star Fox to compare it to. If there was it would have looked better than the SNES version.

Before the PS2 generation it was rare that a game was on both PC and consoles. The Xbox was the console that really allowed the PC developers to put there games on consoles.

The draw distances, framerate, animation, and elements on screen will be much, much better than last gen.

didn't say it was dikkhead, but it was within first year of launch. not to mention the fact that all other consoles on release looked way better than the previous consoles. go sit somewhere

You can check the videos online or wait till october to view it in person :jayelec:

I could do that. But I'd be wasting my time.

Because in the history of tech demos and preview trailers and "game play footage" shown at various conventions the final result NEVER LOOKS LIKE the delivered product.

When you can show me some live game play video that looks like the demo I'll be impressed.

2 games that are both flight games can look completely different.

Virtua Racing came out before Star Fox and looked better using the same graphics style. It was running on arcade hardware you could have had in a PC.
