You all are going about this the wrong way by picking mods based off their political ideology.

HL learning is a cool spot but it has some problems.

- People get burnt out posting here for extended period of time, because everything is politics here which gets exhausting to talk about.
- The sub forum has suffered from mods who were only somewhat present in the discussions, and therefore didn't catch everything they should have.
- I don't think there's any trolls in HL per se, but some people harp on the same topics over and over and spam the forum with threads about the same thing.
- Too many people mistake disagreeing with other posters for bad discussion. Some of you all need to learn to disagree with others with grace.

We need a mod that:

- is a consistent poster here, so they catch stuff
- will encourage discussion on stuff other than politics
- won't let certain posters post the same stuff over and over again
- encourages a variety of opinions/doesn't tolerate one prevailing viewpoint shutting down others
