When they wanted to pick on Kyle, they did. The Titans game was the biggest example of that. The Titans were as bad as we were. Once they keyed in on Kyle, they marched down the field and scored.

The only way to scheme Kyle to not make him a liability is to move him to free safety and I'm dead serious about that.

I think Kyle Wilson be off at safety too, but I still believe we can still be good enough with Kyle starting if we had a better front 7. Look at Giants for certain, their cornets stay giving up yards but when their defensive line puts it together, they start looking above average.

Revis isn't preventing them from being able to pay any player worth a damn. Before this team worries about how they'll pay an elite QB or pass rusher or whatever else, how about this team try getting one first.

The point is you dont pay CB's QB money.

Regardless if he gets traded now or not after that NFLN interview there is no way Revis is a Jet after next season...It's obvious he is fed up with this circus organization, he's been through a lot shyt here...Dude is pretty much officially one year rental status...

I'd be on the phone with the 49ers if i was Idzick...They have an asortment of talent both on offense and defense that could help us out...Regardless they should be looking for a trade partner in the NFC...No way you trade Revis to an AFC team unless you're fleecing them for a pair of first round picks...

There has been no stability whatsoever with the Jets since Revis was drafted plus all those empty contract promisses from the FO dude is always complaining about...

He shares some blame here as well. Before he ever put on the uniform he was holding out. He held out 3 years later, came back fat and got hurt. He's a calculating guy and wants to get paid. Its a business...but I cant fault the Jets either and where their at if they feel like its time to move on.

He clearly wants to get traded....you dont pit the head coach against the owner if you dont.

Jets should offer him an extension as the highest CB in the league, he'll turn it down and then the Jets can say I told you so. He doesnt deserve to be the highest paid defensive player ever. He's not in that class.

The point is you dont pay CB's QB money.

The point is you don't pay half the players on this team any money.

Yep, aint the Jets over the cap, with zero offensive talent.

2 CB's making over $20m combined, foolishness.

They're not over the cap once they make their necessary cuts. They won't have much money to spend on anything other than rookies, but they won't have that kind of money this offseason anyway. Who is Revis preventing them from paying? You have more of a problem with 2 of our best players getting paid what they deserve than the players on this team that don't.

The sheer fact is since you're paying 20 mil to 2 corners, you can't take any chances on any FA's.

And of course the Jets fukked up in all other areas, that's what terrible organizations do.

You guys fukked up all over the board.

What free agents were the team gonna take a chance on? Who? Revis still causes a major cap hit whether we trade him, cut him, or let him play out his deal. Free agency this summer was never gonna be a legit possibility. NEXT SEASON as a whole was never gonna be a legit possibility.

If they wanna take a chance on players, do it in the draft. That's what rebuilding teams do first. Try to land those star players in the draft because nobody of worth will wanna sign with this team while the Jets go 4-12 next year.

Jets working hard to resign TE Dustin Keller

Motherfukkers worried about spending money on Revis. We're trying to bring back this fukk boy instead of replacing him with a 4th rounder.

So you'd prefer to lock a CB in with QB type money?

I prefer to lock in the best player I have at whatever cost since the QB on this team making QB type money SUCKS! Worry about paying a QB that type of money when that time comes. As it stands, we shouldn't get one til 2014 at the earliest, and that QB will be relatively cheap for the first 3 years. By the time we're worried about paying a QB QB-type money, Revis' deal is almost up or at the very least it's manageable. Revis isn't preventing the team from handling their business. The other crap at the positions you laud so much are.

Revis aint playing out this final year. We know what Revis will do....history tells us.

Why not get some compensation for him now...instead of signing him to an overpriced deal and dealing with this circus in another 2-3 years when he isnt the highest paid player in the sport?

The Mario Williams deal and NNmadi deal arent exactly ringing endorsements for giving Revis an enormous contract.
